1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88betpk ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88betpk website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 88betpk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until age and identity verification is completed to the satisfaction of 88betpk's compliance team.

Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 88betpk account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 88betpk account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Keep your account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• Notify 88betpk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your contact number or email address.

88betpk is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 88betpk account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 88betpk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 88betpk wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and InstaPay bank transfers. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• 88betpk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 88betpk reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 88betpk account holder.
• 88betpk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting supporting documentation.
• Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

88betpk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 88betpk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 88betpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of 88betpk's management shall be final and binding.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 88betpk Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, online bingo, and live sabong — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on 88betpk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. All live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer or system.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. 88betpk reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

88betpk employs fraud detection systems to monitor gameplay. Any player found to be using automated software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in match-fixing, or otherwise manipulating game outcomes will have their account immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88betpk Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 88betpk Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 88betpk Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88betpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the 88betpk Platform — including but not limited to the 88betpk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88betpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 88betpk.
• Use the 88betpk name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 88betpk's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 88betpk.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88betpk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 88betpk's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers, subject to the applicable game provider's terms.
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.Responsible Gaming

88betpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

11.Account Suspension & Termination

88betpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Identification of the account holder as a person under 21 years of age.
• Identification of the account holder as a self-excluded player.

Upon account closure for cause, 88betpk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the player and no breach has occurred, they will be returned via the player's registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 88betpk account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the applicable regulatory framework.

Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, players must first contact the 88betpk customer support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute. 88betpk will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through internal channels, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

The language of these Terms and all communications between 88betpk and its players shall be English.

13.Amendments to These Terms

88betpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88betpk will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
